Services for Patients
I offer a clear, structured menu of services. Every new patient begins with an Anchor Evaluation, which provides a strong foundation for understanding your needs and creating a roadmap. From there, we can decide together if short-term follow-up or add-on services are appropriate.
Anchor Evaluations
The starting point for all patients
Includes:
- •Full case review including review of (if desired) up to 100 pages of past records

Important Policies & Billing Information
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected costs of your care. You will receive this estimate in writing before your first appointment or whenever new services are scheduled. Our fees are fixed and published on this page.
Payment
Patients are responsible for the full fee at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made in cases of illness, emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances at the clinician's discretion.
Insurance & Reimbursement
Accordance Precision Psychiatry is an out-of-network provider. We do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Are You a Healthcare Provider?
I also offer collaborative care services, e-consultations, and case reviews for fellow clinicians looking to support their patients' psychiatric needs.
